I have been living with my chronic illness (Trigeminal neuralgia) for about 15+ years now & my condition is nicknamed as the "suicide disease". TN can be triggered by everyday common activities such as:
Talking, brushing teeth, drinking, eating, exposure to hot or cold temperatures, touching the face & more. It feels different for each person & I can tell you having lived with it for a long time, I am on one of the higher dosages of medication possible. So, I am open to alternatives & something that can help alleviate the pain or help lessen the amount I take daily (3 pills/day). I stumbled upon Hale Healing thru IG & saw a "Buccal Massage" which I had seen in my support group before.

Hale Healing (run by Puna and Jackie) has an inviting space & the minute you walk in, you feel your own energy shift, of course for the better. The massage itself was very relaxing (pretty sure I fell asleep) & Puna was very gentle with the side of my face that reacts. They were also offerings of snacks & drinks at the end of the massage. My pain went from a level 10 to a 5 & stayed a 5 even after a few days, which says a lot about the care they put into the massage.
At the end, I had a reading done by Jackie...& wow - it's mind blowing in a good way. We chit chatted a bit about my personal life & somehow, the dots started connecting with my stress & how I can work on reconnecting with my inner self.
Overall, I cannot recommend Hale Healing enough, if not for a massage, just for a reading
